Lung cancer is usually a high-density or low-density shadow

Lung cancer may be a high-density shadow or a low-density shadow. It should not be judged by the density situation alone, and the next detailed diagnosis should be made.
High-density shadow of lung may be the imaging findings of lung cancer, but it is also common in some benign diseases, such as tuberculoma, old tuberculosis foci, calcified foci in lung, misshapen tumor, lipoma, etc. In addition to suggesting possible lung cancer, low-density imaging findings in the lungs may also be the findings of benign diseases such as lung cysts and pulmonary alveoli.
Under the imaging examination of lung cancer, imaging features such as lobular sign, burr sign, spinous process, pleural depression sign and so on can be observed. Meanwhile, patients are accompanied by symptoms such as cough, blood in sputum and chest pain. In addition to the combination of imaging findings and symptoms for diagnosis, sputum exfoliative cell examination, tumor marker test, lung biopsy and other tests should be performed to determine whether it is lung cancer.
If lung cancer is diagnosed, one should actively cooperate with the treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
