What is the constant pain in the heart of the foot?

The most common cause of pain in the heart of the foot is due to excessive muscle strain, such as chronic weight-bearing activities, running, jumping, or cold stimulation. If the patient suffers from plantar fasciitis or fat pad inflammation of the heel bone or aseptic inflammation of the Achilles tendon, this pain can be diagnosed by taking a local MRI film or ultrasound examination. The patient should reduce the activity and rest in bed after the pain occurs, and also elevate the lower limbs. The patient can be told to soak the feet in hot water or use orthopedic lotions frequently. If the patient’s pain is severe, closed injections can be used in the plantar area, oral ibuprofen extended-release tablets, fenbid and other drugs.
