Self-healing methods for kidney cysts

Many people have kidney cysts detected during health checkups, but since they have no symptoms, they hope that the cysts can heal on their own or be healed by certain methods. In fact, kidney cysts cannot heal on their own, and there is no effective method to make them recover on their own. Although small simple kidney cysts do not heal by themselves, they do not require special treatment. However, larger cysts need to be treated by surgery or medication. There are many reasons for the formation of kidney cysts, both congenital and acquired factors, and research has proved that most of them are formed due to renal tubular diverticulum. Therefore, once this cyst is formed, there is no way for the kidney itself to regulate it so that it can recover on its own, because it is located on top of the kidney, so it cannot be healed on its own through artificial methods. However, people suffering from kidney cysts should not do strenuous exercise in daily life, try to avoid pathogenic infection, strengthen physical exercise and improve their body resistance and immunity, so as to effectively prevent and delay the increase in the size of cysts. Most of the cysts are benign and have no great impact on the body, so people with kidney cysts do not need to worry too much, and regular kidney ultrasound and kidney function tests will do.
