Which cancers can be treated with targeted drugs

The cancers for which targeted drugs are more clearly available include lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer and other tumors. In lung cancer, for example, targeted drugs include gefitinib, erlotinib, and the third-generation oxitinib, which target EGFR gene mutations. For ALK mutations, there are crizotinib, aletinib or cretinoin. For breast cancer mutations, such as HER2 gene overexpression, the main drugs are trastuzumab, patuximab, and pyrrolizumab. For colorectal cancer, the main targeted drugs are anti-angiogenic drugs such as bevacizumab, cetuximab for EGFR mutations, etc. In primary liver cancer, the main targeted drugs are sorafenib, lenvatinib and regrafinib.
