If the ultrasound indicates a mixed mass in the right ovary, it usually indicates a possible lesion in the right ovary, which is more common in ovarian cysts, ovarian teratomas and chocolate cysts. This mixed echogenicity is usually not a normal part of the ovary and requires further examination. However, the presence of mixed echogenicity does not necessarily mean that there is a problem and should be reviewed dynamically. If the size of the echogenic mass does not exceed 5 cm in diameter, and the tumor marker test results are negative, the patient has normal menstruation and no conscious symptoms, it is recommended to review the size of the mass on a regular basis to understand the size of the mass dynamically. If the mass is more than 5cm in diameter and accompanied by clinical symptoms, further examination and treatment should be considered, and laparoscopy can be considered.
