Maximum time to take eplazole

Eprazole treats Helicobacter pylori infection for up to 14 days, and can be used for 4 to 8 weeks for the treatment of GERD, or later as needed. Eprazole belongs to the proton pump inhibitors, through the inhibition of H⁺-K⁺-ATPase, play a role in inhibiting gastric acid secretion. It can be used for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and duodenal ulcer, and the treatment of GERD takes 4-8 weeks; it can also be used in combination with antibiotics such as amoxicillin and tetracycline for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, with a maximum course of 14 days. Adverse reactions such as headache and dizziness, diarrhea, serum transaminase elevation are common after taking eplazole, and a few patients may have adverse reactions such as urticaria, rash, abdominal distension, lumbago, renal function abnormalities, chest tightness and palpitations. Attention to allergic to the product, liver and renal insufficiency patients are prohibited. Special populations: children, gestational agents lactating women should be prohibited, elderly patients should be used with caution.
