Laser treatment for rosacea

Why do I get rosacea? Rosacea is related to many factors, such as autoimmune problem, genetic problem or environmental allergy problem. Wrong cleansing, wrong acne treatment, wrong whitening treatment and wrong treatment directly lead to the occurrence and aggravation of rosacea. The wrong cleansing method destroys the acidic protective film of the skin, excessive exfoliation or oil control causes acne and subcutaneous inflammation, injurious whitening ingredients cause inflammation and epidermal dryness, and unnecessary “follicle mite killing” continues to irritate the skin. By avoiding these triggers, some of the rosacea can be relieved. How to improve rosacea? 1, try to avoid strenuous exercise, reduce the time to go to sauna and other high temperature environment, avoid eating spicy and other stimulating food. 2.Use safe skin care products scientifically, pay attention to moisturizing and nourishing the skin. 3.Visit a regular hospital and apply pulsed dye laser with ultra-pulsed CO2, IPL photorejuvenation and other treatments to achieve the purpose of reducing or even curing rosacea. What laser treatment is used for rosacea? Generally, we will choose different treatment modalities according to different clinical manifestations of patients. In the erythematous stage, redness removal lasers are commonly used, such as pulsed dye laser, which specifically target superficial blood vessels, causing intravascular hemoglobin to coagulate and gradually metabolize and absorb, in order to achieve the treatment purpose. IPL photorejuvenation uses intense pulsed light to treat vascular diseases based on selective photothermal action, with an interval of 21 days each time, without any obvious side effects after treatment and without affecting study or work. Patients with nasal redundancy can be treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 laser surgery, which can remove the hypertrophic tissues finely and safely and form the nasal shape well. Each patient requires a different course of treatment depending on the individual’s physical condition and severity of the disease, so our physicians will develop a specific treatment plan for each individual.
