What to watch out for if you have a vague pain in your right chest.

Hidden pain in the right chest may be related to breast hyperplasia, costochondritis, pleurisy, coronary heart disease, cholecystitis and so on.
1. Mammary gland hyperplasia: during physiological period, the estrogen and progesterone levels in the body are elevated and out of balance, resulting in mammary gland hyperplasia, with an enlarged lump on the right breast and vague pain, which will gradually disappear after menstruation is over.
2. Costochondritis: mainly due to various reasons, inflammatory reaction occurs in the junction area of costochondral and sternum, which is manifested as chest pain and pressure pain, and redness, swelling, heat and pain of local skin can also occur due to infectious factors. 3. Pleurisy: the pleura is infected by external pathogens and inflammation occurs, the fibrous hyperplasia between the dirty pleura and the wall pleura, friction increases, resulting in chest pain and discomfort, which can be manifested as hidden pain, and may be aggravated by coughing, deep breathing, and physical activity.
4. Coronary artery disease: some patients with coronary artery disease have atypical symptoms, and may have hidden pain on the right side of the chest, accompanied by chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms, which are usually obvious when they are tired and emotionally excited.
5. Cholecystitis: long-term late night and poor dietary habits are easy to trigger cholecystitis, cholecystitis attack may cause biliary colic pulling the chest nerves leading to the right side of the chest pain.
