Powder tumors are called sebaceous cysts, and surgery is the preferred treatment option for powder tumors. The cystic cavity is removed through surgical excision so that the sebum and impurities that are clogged inside can be excreted. After surgery, it is best to have a histopathological examination of the skin. Treatment of sebaceous cysts, also known as acne, should be accompanied by infection, i.e., redness and swelling around the area, painful pressure, burning sensation, or possibly elevated white blood cells or fever. For such infections, antibiotic treatment should be preferred, such as oral roxithromycin capsules or azithromycin capsules for anti-inflammatory and anti-infective treatment, followed by surgical removal.
