Posterior laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for 9 cm kidney cancer

       A 9-cm renal cancer in the upper middle pole of the left kidney was treated with a posterior laparoscopic radical left nephrectomy, with a surgical bleeding of 20 ml or less and an operating time of 48 minutes for intracavitary operation. The postoperative recovery was smooth and he was discharged from the hospital in 4 days.
