Skin warts are skin diseases caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Different types of HPVs infection can result in different types of warts, commonly common warts, flat warts, and condyloma acuminata.
Warts are a viral infection that can be transmitted through direct and indirect contact, and trauma or skin breakdown can also promote HPV infection. The most common type of warts are round or polygonal, yellow or brownish rashes on the surface of the skin, rough and hard to the touch. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. It is a chronic disease that does not leave a scar after healing. The typical condyloma acuminatum is found in the perineum and genitalia. It starts as a small, light red papule and gradually increases in size (the surface is uneven and rough to the touch), then grows further into a warty bump and spreads to the periphery. They may break down, ooze, bleed, or become infected.
Skin warts also include oral warts, pharyngeal warts, and warty epidermal dysplasia, etc. If they are still unclear, a dermatologist should be consulted.
