How much taller can you get when your breasts start to grow?

Breast development is often not necessarily associated with height growth. Mammary gland development is dominated by estrogen, while height growth is dominated by growth hormone. The hormones that mainly influence the two growth behaviors are not the same, so there is no obvious link between mammary gland development and height growth, and therefore it is considered that one cannot judge the degree of future height growth through mammary gland development. As the mammary glands begin to develop under the action of estrogen when a woman reaches puberty, i.e., around the age of 13, and growth hormone can still be secreted at the age of 18 years or older, the timing of the two actions does not match exactly. It is recommended that adolescents undergo regular medical checkups and seek medical attention if they notice any abnormalities in breast development, height growth or other aspects of their bodies.
