What foods should not be eaten with allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis should avoid the following types of food: 1) cold food, especially food just taken out of the refrigerator; 2) food that can easily cause patients to get on fire, including spicy, stimulating, fried food; 3) allogeneic protein food, commonly known as hairy food, including cattle, sheep, dogs, fish, shrimp, crab and other fishy food; 4) legumes and dairy products. The above-mentioned foods need to be avoided during the treatment period. In addition, foods that can cause allergic reactions in patients detected through allergen testing should also be completely eliminated.
