What is the cure for the disease?

The cure depends on an experienced doctor, the cooperation of the patient, and good medicine. In recent years, there have been more patients suffering from ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Among them, many patients are not cured for a long time, even after the use of hormones are ineffective, the medical term for “intractable inflammatory bowel disease”. What can be done to cure these diseases? According to the experience of Western scholars, there are three options for these patients: first, the use of powerful immunosuppressive drugs, but these drugs often bring side effects, such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney dysfunction; second, the removal of the diseased intestinal tube, but the remaining intestinal tube will reappear similar lesions; third, the application of recently developed biological targeting drugs. It has been found that there is an inflammatory factor in the body called “tumor necrosis factor”, which was initially named because it was thought to cause necrosis of tumor cells, but in fact, it plays an important role in the development of inflammation. In fact, it plays an important role in the development of inflammation. Patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease secrete much more of this “tumor necrosis factor” than healthy people. Once its effects are curbed, many unexplained inflammatory conditions can subside. For this reason, scientists have developed a number of biologically targeted drugs that can eliminate this non-specific inflammation. One of the most promising drugs is the “anti-tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibody”. Millions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis have been freed from the disease and from the pain of joint deformities by the use of this drug. In the past 10 years, Western scholars have also achieved amazing results in treating ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease with it. In the last 2 years, we have treated 10 patients with refractory ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease with classical gram (one of the most used anti-tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibodies) based on the treatment experience abroad. Among them, clinical remission was obtained in 7 cases, 2 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. In our experience, in the past, these patients often had to have their bowel removed because of prolonged treatment and the development of comorbidities. With this drug today, it is possible to avoid various comorbidities and obtain a chance of drug cure. However, to obtain the ideal treatment effect, it is necessary for both doctors and patients to work closely together: as doctors, they should have comprehensive knowledge about the drug, such as the mastery of disease indications, the determination of the dosage and course of treatment for specific patients, the correct determination of the efficacy, the avoidance of adverse reactions, etc.; as patients, they should discover the disease as early as possible, see the doctor as early as possible to obtain the chance of cure, and carefully follow the doctor’s instructions Pay attention to life conditioning, use medication according to the regulations, and do not listen to unrealistic propaganda and use medication indiscriminately.
