High-grade intraepithelial neoplasia can be treated with physical therapy and cervical conization and cold knife conization. Total hysterectomy can also be performed for high-grade neoplastic changes in benign gynecological diseases that have been diagnosed after cervical conization, are older, have no fertility requirements, and are combined with other surgical indications. After the operation, pay attention to keep sufficient sleep, clean and dry vulva, diligently wash vulva, change underwear, eat a balanced diet, eat more food with high protein and fiber, eat more vegetables and fruits, keep bowel movement smooth, and enhance physical fitness with appropriate activities. Because intraepithelial neoplasia becomes precancerous, postoperative ultrasound, HPV and TCT of uterine adnexa should be reviewed regularly and vaginal inflammation should be treated actively to avoid the risk of recurrence and metastasis.
