How to use Progesterone Vaginal Delayed Release Gel: Remove the dosing device from the sealed bag, hold the thick end of the dosing device in your hand, shake the medication to the thin tip of the dosing device, twist off the cap on the thin tip and discard it. Take a sitting or dorsal position and insert the thin tip of the drug delivery device into the vagina to a depth of more than half of the tube at the thin end. Press the thick end of the dosing device to squeeze the gel into the vagina, remove the dosing device and discard it. Caution: Morning dosing is recommended, once daily. After 5-10 minutes of use, you can move freely, no strenuous exercise is allowed and absolute bed rest is not necessary. After 2-3 days of use, if the gel is discharged with vaginal discharge, please do not worry because the progesterone drug has been partially absorbed and the gel as a carrier of the drug cannot be absorbed.
