Can hyperplastic scars be eliminated?

Hyperplastic scars cannot subside and relief can only be achieved through regular treatment. Early lesions can be treated with topical x-ray radiation therapy, topical Conrad or Xanax to inhibit scar growth, and topical imiquimod, halometasone, flumethasone, and retinoic acid cream to relieve symptoms. For larger lesions, glucocorticoids such as trimethoprim with lidocaine in a ratio of 1:1 can be administered at multiple points within the lesion. However, attention needs to be paid to avoid skin atrophy, and surgical excision is also possible, which needs to be combined with local injection of glucocorticoids or X-ray radiation therapy to avoid scar proliferation. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid friction, stimulation, and prevention of infection. Generally, scars caused by burns are prone to malignant changes and need extra attention.
