High myocardial enzymes after atrial ischemia surgery may be caused by myocardial injury and sudden myocardial infarction.
1. Surgery-related myocardial injury: if mild increase in cardiac enzymes can be seen after atrial ischemia surgery, it may be caused by myocardial injury during atrial ischemia surgery, which can be temporarily treated without special treatment, and can be restored to normal after recovery from surgery.
2. Sudden myocardial infarction: If the cardiac enzymes increase significantly and accompanied by symptoms of cardiac discomfort, such as chest pain, chest tightness, dyspnea, etc., do ECG immediately to find out whether myocardial infarction occurs; if the ECG shows corresponding changes, do coronary angiography if necessary to assess whether there is a combination of acute occlusion of the coronary artery, and implant a stent if necessary.
It is recommended that patients with high cardiac enzymes after atrial ischemia be treated under the guidance of a physician.
