The eight liver function tests include total protein, globulin, glutathione, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and cholinesterase. The normal value of total protein is 60-80g/L; globulin is 20-29g/L; albumin is 40-55g/L; normal value of ghrelin is 0-40U/L; normal value of ghrelin is 0-50U/L; total bilirubin is 1.7-17.1μmol/L; direct bilirubin is 0-3.4μmol/L; cholinesterase is 130- 310U/L by colorimetric method. 310 U/L. Clinically, if abnormalities are found in the eight liver function tests, the patient needs to undergo relevant examinations, such as abdominal ultrasound, CT, pathogenic examinations, i.e. hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus and other related examinations.
