How to treat uterine adhesions after abortion

Uterine adhesion after abortion is handled according to the individual’s fertility requirements and physical symptoms by choosing no treatment, surgical treatment, physiotherapy, and other treatments.
If the uterine adhesion occurs after abortion, there is no fertility requirement, no abdominal pain, no lower abdominal distension, no menstrual irregularity and other symptoms, observation is the main concern and no treatment is needed.
If the uterine adhesion occurs after abortion, if there is a requirement for fertility, and if there are uncomfortable symptoms, treatment is needed. Mild membranous adhesion can be treated by rinsing and irrigating with dilatation liquid, and by separating the tip of the hysteroscope with a blunt tip. Dense adhesions are separated with microshears and forceps. Severe adhesions are treated by hysterolaparoscopy or ultrasound monitoring.
In patients with uterine adhesions, in order to cooperate with the surgical treatment, a birth control ring is placed and the uterus is regularly dilated with a dilatation rod to prevent the reoccurrence of adhesions in the uterine cavity after the surgery.
It is recommended to consult a doctor for timely treatment of post abortion uterine adhesions as prescribed by the doctor.
