Effects of Focovir

Focovir, also known as Anrotinib Hydrochloride Capsules, is a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor with dual effects of anti-tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth inhibition, which is clinically used for the treatment of patients with lung cancer, soft tissue tumors, and medullary carcinoma of the thyroid. In addition to its anti-tumor effects, Focovir also has many side effects, the most common side effects include hypertension, proteinuria, rash on the skin of hands and feet, hepatic function impairment, elevated transaminases, gastrointestinal reactions including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hyperlipidemia, and hemorrhage, which need to be under the guidance of a clinician before use.
