How to treat frequent insomnia?

Many people have experience with this: for children, if there are endless snacks in the house or chasing children to their mouths for food, children will definitely be anorexic. On the contrary, if the child is allowed to eat 80% full every day, the child will certainly be particularly interested in eating. In fact, the same goes for sleep. If you sleep for seven hours, but you lie in bed for eight hours (including napping during the day, lazy mornings and early nights), then you will definitely lose sleep or show intermittent sleep. In fact, alone in bed for a long time generally does not appear long-term insomnia, the problem is that many people do not think that sleep is too long lying in bed, but that something must be wrong with the body, and the occasional insomnia is seen as very serious, or even very nervous. The result is that the more nervous the more difficult it is to sleep, the more difficult it is to sleep the more nervous, a vicious circle, thus insomnia does not heal for a long time. So to solve the chronic insomnia, one of the methods is to shorten the lying time in bed. If your actual sleep time is two hours, then you lie in bed time to be less than two hours (including snooze and lazy bed time), of course, as insomnia gets better, you can increase the bed time.
