Breastmilk needs to be placed into a special milk storage bag for storage, which can be kept at room temperature, refrigerator and frozen. Breastmilk can be stored for about 4 hours at room temperature of 20°C. In summer, breastmilk should not be left for more than 1 to 2 hours, otherwise it is prone to bacterial growth. Breastmilk can be stored in the refrigerator freezer at 0~4℃ for 2~4 days; freezer storage can be stored for 3~6 months. Note that each time you store it, you should put a conspicuous label on the surface of the container with the date, and you should consume the earliest batch first. Note that breastmilk should not be heated directly on the stove or in a microwave oven to prevent high-temperature heating from destroying the nutrients in breastmilk. If your baby has diarrhea or abdominal pain after drinking stored breastmilk, we recommend that you seek medical attention in a timely manner, under the guidance of a doctor, complete the relevant examinations, identify the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms.
