Diet and contraindications for gonorrhea

  Gonorrhea refers to a condition of frequent and short urination, dripping and stinging, and the desire to discharge before completion, and the constriction of the abdomen, or pain leading to the waist and abdomen. It is equivalent to prostatitis and urinary tract infection in modern medicine.  (1) (1) For those whose gonorrhea is hot and real, a light and cool diet is recommended. In addition to general staple foods such as rice and noodles, light vegetables such as fresh lotus root, cabbage, spinach, celery, lettuce, capers, marjoram, and melons such as watermelon, winter melon, adzuki beans and mung beans are recommended.  (2) If the gonorrhea is deficient, the diet should be nourishing, mainly clear tonic, such as yam, potatoes, eggs, snapper, pig and sheep brain marrow, corn, fungus, etc.  (3) It is advisable to drink more tea, which can remove stones and eliminate gonorrhea.  Avoid] (1) Avoid ginger, garlic, onion, chili and other stimulating foods.  (2) Avoid smoking and alcohol.
