[Lung Cancer Lecture] Why do you have fever after lung cancer radiotherapy? Do you know?

Most of the tumor patients are older on average, and the immunity of patients who are old and frail combined with tumor is usually lower. In this case, it is only necessary to find the pathogenic bacteria and do anti-infection and sputum removal treatment against the pathogenic bacteria, which can be effectively controlled. Even for some difficult patients, DNA or RNA fragments can be found by sputum genetic testing, and then the pathogenic bacteria can be found and treated accordingly. The fever caused by this condition is usually called tumor resorption fever, which may not be effectively treated by general anti-infection therapy, and needs to be treated with glucocorticoids and long-acting fever control drugs. Most patients can be effectively controlled. Patients are encouraged to drink more water and detoxify more in this condition.
