What is the efficacy of Thiotepa fegestatin injection?

Thiotepa fegfilgrastim injection is a leukocyte-boosting drug that works to reduce the incidence of infections. Thiotepa fegestatin injection is indicated to reduce the incidence of infections manifested by febrile neutropenia in adult patients with non-myeloid malignancies treated with myelosuppressive anticancer agents that predispose to febrile neutropenia. Thiotepa fexofilgrastim injection is not intended for the mobilization of peripheral blood progenitor cells for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Known hypersensitivity to this or other polyethylene glycol recombinant human granulocyte-stimulating factors, recombinant human granulocyte-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF), and other agents expressed against Escherichia coli is contraindicated. It is contraindicated in persons with severe hepatic, renal, cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction. Thiotepa Fegerastine Injection must be used under the guidance of a doctor’s prescription after standardized treatment in a hospital, identified as a patient with the corresponding malignant tumor, and identified as a situation related to chemotherapy after chemotherapy.
