Unsteady hand always trembling slightly may be a physiological phenomenon caused by emotional excitement, but also may be related to hyperthyroidism, Parkinson’s disease, hepatomegaly and other pathological factors.

3. Parkinson’s disease: Parkinson’s disease is considered to be caused by genetic, nigrostriatal dopamine neuron degeneration and other factors. Patients will have stationary tremor, muscle tonus, bradykinesia, panic gait and other manifestations.
4. Hepatomegaly: there is often stationary, intentional or postural tremor, and patients mainly show hand tremor, while there will be different degrees of liver damage, and the cornea may appear K-F ring.
