Bone marrow report card generally refers to the report card of bone marrow morphological examination. The observation steps of bone marrow report card are: First, look at whether the sampling and staining of bone marrow smear are good, only if the sampling, smear and staining are good, the observation effect will be more accurate. Second, look at the degree of bone marrow proliferation. In clinical practice, the degree of bone marrow proliferation is divided into five categories. A normal person has active or apparently active myeloproliferation. If myeloproliferation is extremely active, it is common in various leukemias; if myeloproliferation is low or severely low, it is common in aplastic anemia. Third, look at the red lineage hyperplasia. If the red lineage hyperplasia is obviously vigorous and accompanied by various pathological hematopoiesis, then it is likely to be megaloblastic anemia or hemolytic anemia. Fourth, look at the platelet proliferation, mainly the number of megakaryocytes, and mainly observe the number of platelet-producing megakaryocytes.
