Pancreatic cancer will generally be divided into four stages, and patients in the middle and late stages should be in stage three or four, and the treatment will be different in each stage. Pancreatic cancer will be divided into four stages according to the metastasis of the primary tumor as well as the diameter size of the tumor. Generally, early stage pancreatic cancer is mostly in Stage I and Stage II, while intermediate and late stage pancreatic cancer is mostly in Stage III and Stage IV. Early stage patients, that is, patients in stage I or stage II, can mostly be given radical surgical resection, and the prognosis is relatively good. Patients in the middle and late stages, when they are in stage III, also have the possibility of surgical treatment, however, because there is the problem of tumor invasion of blood vessels, it may be necessary to carry out a combined resection of blood vessels and vascular reconstruction, which increases the risk and the difficulty of surgery. Most of the patients in stage IV have no way to do surgery, if the patient has symptoms of obstructive jaundice, ERCP stent internal drainage, PTCD external drainage and other ways of treatment can be given. It is suggested that patients should keep a good attitude to face the condition, actively cooperate with doctors to give treatment, improve the condition to the greatest extent, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.
