One and a half year old baby diet is mainly to ensure that the reasonable ratio of complementary foods and milk, in the diet can be added to some carrot porridge, shrimp porridge, pork bone spinach soup and fruits and so on.
Usually eat three normal meals in addition to the need to add some breast milk or formula, formula every day 150ml ~ 200ml or so, about 3 times a day!
Three meals for breakfast such as pumpkin millet porridge, boiled eggs, steamed bread, carrot porridge and so on. Around ten o’clock in the morning you can drink some milk powder or breast milk, plus some fruits, such as apples, bananas, dragon fruits and so on. For lunch, you can have some shrimp congee, pork bone spinach soup, tomato noodles, carrot dumplings, egg custard, steamed fish and so on.
In the afternoon, you can add some breast milk or milk powder around 3~4pm, and then add some fruits or nutritious cookies and so on. For dinner, you can eat some millet and yam porridge, red date porridge, stir-fried carrots, stir-fried broccoli and so on.
Parents should pay more attention to the baby’s diet diversification, mainly eat more food containing protein, minerals, fat, carbohydrates and so on. Any feeding problems are recommended to consult a pediatrician or pediatrician to ensure proper feeding of the child.
