Patients with biliary colic should first use antispasmodic and analgesic drugs to relieve pain symptoms, commonly used drugs are atropine, scopolamine, resorcinol and so on. Combined with infected patients should also be timely application of antibacterial drugs, commonly used drugs are the third generation of cephalosporin, nitroimidazole and aminoglycoside antibacterial drugs. For the drug treatment is ineffective, especially for patients with stone incarceration, timely surgical treatment should also be considered, preferred laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
