Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen and stomach are mutually exclusive and closely related, the spleen Yu and stomach Yu have the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach, so the stomach Yu and spleen Yu two points with better treatment results.
3. The middle epigastric region: belonging to the Ren vein, it is located in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, 4 inches above the umbilicus. Massaging the middle epigastric region can treat stomach pain, bloating, vomiting and other stomach disorders, and is also suitable for treating gastric disorders caused by bile-stomach disharmony.
