Circumcision is the completion of circumcision, which is examined and handled by a urologist, so it is a surgical condition. When a patient has a disorder of the foreskin, he or she needs to go to a urology department for a relevant examination, a perfect evaluation and the selection of an appropriate surgical procedure.
