No surgery, no general anesthesia, what is the gospel for patients with hand sweating

Patient: Description of the condition (onset time, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): Patient, 23 years old, female, has had reticular cyanosis for seven or eight years, the spots on the extremities have been increasing, and in summer the ankles will swell and hurt to the point of ulceration, I heard from other patients that your hospital can do lumbar sympathectomy, which is somewhat effective, do you have to check anything before doing this surgery? Doctor: Hello! The chemical thoracic and lumbar sympathectomy in our hospital does have some effect on the treatment of reticulocytosis, and it is actually a “shot” in the back, which is not very traumatic. This technique is also effective in treating sweating, Raynaud’s disease, and thrombo-occlusive vasculitis. It is especially effective for sweating, and can be performed without surgery or general anesthesia, with immediate results! If you need to do this surgery, you need to make a clear diagnosis first. The other tests are most importantly routine blood and coagulation tests.
