The diameter of gallbladder polyp is 7MM, how should I treat it?

A patient was found to have a gallbladder polyp of 0.3×0.4 cm on physical examination in 2006 and 2007; on October 25, 2008, the ultrasound described the gallbladder: 74×26 mm in long-axis section, the wall is not thick, the inner wall is still smooth, a strong echogenic mass with a diameter of 7 mm is seen in the cyst, with no acoustic shadow and does not move with body position. Laboratory tests and ultrasound suggest: bulge-like lesions in the wall of the gallbladder, consider polyps. Is there any conservative treatment for gallbladder polyps in Chinese medicine, other than regular observation and surgery to remove the gallbladder after it has developed to a certain extent? A: The current polyps are still relatively small, the possibility of malignancy is not large, do not need to send on the surgical treatment, but should be 3 to 6 months to review the following ultrasound to see how fast it grows, if by the end of the year is almost 1cm, it is recommended that surgery. At present, you can eat more acidic food as well as bile tablets and other drugs to promote bile excretion. As for the other name drugs on the market, I am not all very clear, I do not think it is necessary to use.
