How to deal with fabric allergy

Fabric allergy refers to the appearance of well-defined erythema, maculopapular rash or papule with pruritus at the site where the fabric touches human skin. In clinical treatment, anti-allergy treatment is required. If the rash is small in area and the itching is mild, oral Orotadine hydrochloride tablets or Epinastine hydrochloride capsules with compound glycopyrrolate capsules can be taken, and topical medications can be applied with mometasone furoate ointment, mixed with zinc oxide ointment when there is erosion. If the rash is more extensive, accompanied by swelling and intense itching, anti-allergy drugs need to be injected to enhance the anti-allergy and anti-itch effect. If necessary, compound betamethasone injection can be given intramuscularly to strengthen the anti-allergic, immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory therapeutic effects.
