What causes bones in the leg to rattle

The sound of the bones in the leg is mainly divided into two cases: one is physiological ringing; the other is pathological ringing. Bone ringing is mostly seen in the process of walking or in the process of sports, due to the friction of the joint surface or joint disorder, resulting in the leg bone ringing sound. As long as there is no redness, swelling, pain, or restriction of movement, the popping of the bones in the leg is physiologic. However, if the bone pops when walking or moving, and pain occurs or activity is restricted, it is basically a pathological popping sound, such as due to meniscus injury or osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis, osteophytes and other diseases, which triggers the appearance of bone popping sound.
