The danger of Hai Jin Sha to kidney is not clear yet. Hai Jin Sha has the efficacy of clearing away dampness and heat, and relieving pain through gonorrhea. It is mainly used for hemorrhagic gonorrhea (blood in urine with pain), sand gonorrhea, stone gonorrhea (discharge of sand and stones during urination, or sudden interruption of urination, pain in the urethra, and intolerable pain in the lower back and abdomen), ointment gonorrhea (turbid urine like rice soup or slippery like grease, accompanied by frequent urination and urgency, and discomfort of traction in the abdomen), eczema, hypoglossia, and sore throat. Attention should be paid to overdose, there will be tongue numbness, nausea, headache and cold, frequent urination and other serious discomfort reactions. Caution should be exercised if there is deficiency of kidney yin. Prompt medical attention is recommended in case of discomfort.
