Reflux esophagitis can be treated with medication such as omeprazole and domperidone, endoscopic treatment and surgery. 1. Medication: It is recommended to be used under doctor’s guidance. Proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, rabeprazole) can reduce gastric acid secretion and esophageal damage caused by reflux. Hâ‚‚ receptor antagonists (famotidine) have the same effect. Gastric stimulants (domperidone, mosapride) can relieve symptoms. 2. Endoscopic treatment: It can relieve the symptoms of reflux, often using endoscopic cardia suture. 3. Surgical treatment: anti-reflux surgery or laparoscopic fundoplication can stop the reflux of gastric contents. Patients diagnosed with reflux esophagitis are advised to go to the hospital.
