There are two main ways to take fluconazole for mycosis fungoides: 1. 1 time dose, patients with mycosis fungoides take 150mg orally once for the whole period of inflammation. 2. If the patient does not get good results by taking it once, he can change to 50mg orally every day for about a week, in which case the treatment effect may be relatively good. However, oral fluconazole is not ideal for the treatment of mycosis fungoides alone, and it is better if combined with vaginal plugs. Patients can choose to use vaginal plugs such as dacrynic acid or terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets along with oral fluconazole once a day at night for a week to treat mycosis fungoides.
