Effects of flurbiprofen ester injection

Flurbiprofen ester injection is a widely used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug in clinical practice, with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects, which is mainly used clinically for the treatment of pain and inflammatory diseases. In the field of neurosurgical diseases, it is mainly used for analgesia in postoperative diseases, thus facilitating the recovery of neurological functions. Flurbiprofen ester injection is mainly composed of lipid microspheres and its encapsulated flurbiprofen ester, the lipid microspheres have three main effects on the efficacy of the encapsulated drug: 1) targeting, so that the encapsulated drug aggregates at the site of inflammation and thus enhances the efficacy; 2) controlling the release of the encapsulated drug, so that the efficacy lasts longer; 3) easily crossing the cell membrane, thus promoting the absorption of the encapsulated drug and further shortening the onset of action. The effect time is further shortened.
