What to do if you have high replication of the hepatitis B virus

High replication of the hepatitis B virus needs to be seen in conjunction with other conditions. If liver function is normal, abdominal ultrasound is normal as well as normal liver elastic stiffness values, this condition often suggests immune tolerance to hepatitis B. During the immune tolerance period of hepatitis B, treatment is generally not necessary and regular follow-up and periodic reexamination are required. If there are persistent and recurrent abnormalities in liver function, standardized anti-hepatitis B virus treatment is required. There are two options for anti-hepatitis B virus treatment, and if interferon antiviral treatment is eligible, then interferon antiviral treatment can be preferred. This is because interferon antiviral therapy is able to achieve higher serological conversion of E antigen and has a much lower incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis in the future. If you are not eligible for interferon antiviral therapy, then you can take oral nucleoside antiviral therapy.
