The treatment for squamous lung cancer mainly depends on the stage: i. If it is stage I, stage II and some stage III squamous lung cancer, surgery is preferred. After surgery, if the pathological stage is stage I, regular postoperative review can be considered. If the stage is stage II or III, adjuvant chemotherapy is needed after surgery. Second, for some patients with resectable stage III squamous lung cancer, they can also choose to undergo two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy first, and then undergo surgery after chemotherapy. For locally advanced lung squamous carcinoma or those with distant metastasis, surgery is generally not considered, and chemotherapy, radiotherapy or a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy are mainly used for treatment.
