CT of the lungs or frontal and lateral radiographs of the lungs and chest, CT of the head or MRI of the head are usually taken. If you have pain in a joint, you can have an ortho-lateral radiograph or CT of the joint in question, or an angiogram if you have cardiovascular or cerebrovascular problems, but you will need to take medication for the angiogram, which may require an appointment at some hospitals and is expensive.
