How to check for asthma

Asthma, called bronchial asthma, is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by reversible airflow restriction. There are recurrent episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, chest tightness, cough, increased sputum, chest discomfort, dry cough, and physical examination may reveal croup in both lungs. If the inflammation is not effectively controlled for a long time, airway remodeling can occur, causing irreversible airflow limitation. Asthma can be detected by the following examinations 1, by doing routine blood tests, according to the eosinophil count or proportional increase, total white blood cell count and neutrophil increase in case of co-infection. 2. Pulmonary function tests can be performed. When the disease is stable, most of the pulmonary ventilation function is in the normal range, and the index of expiratory flow rate is decreased during the attack. 3.It is also possible to check the sputum condition, which shows the increase of eosinophils in the cell count of sputum. 4. Chest x-ray can be done. It is usually used for differential diagnosis. Most of the chest X-rays in asthma are normal, and there is a possibility of increased lung texture and inflammatory infiltrative shadow if it is complicated by respiratory tract infection. Scientific analysis and evaluation of asthma patients are needed, and different treatments are required depending on whether the asthma is mild or severe.
