Gurgling stomach and blood in the stool may be considered as bleeding in the intestines. Due to more bleeding, intestinal rumbling can be produced. This condition is mostly seen when there is blood in the whole stool, which is more different from blood at the head of the stool due to anorectal disease, or fresh blood after the end of the stool. If the patient has pallor, decreased blood pressure, cold extremities, or even blurred consciousness, hypovolemic shock should be considered, and timely resuscitation should be performed. If it is accompanied by abdominal pain, diarrhea, or high fever, it should be considered as possible hemorrhagic necrotizing enterocolitis. It is necessary to seek medical attention, do routine stool and blood tests to determine the cause of the disease, and then give appropriate treatment measures.
