How to correct the breech position at 30 weeks

30 weeks fetal position breech position can be corrected by knee-chest lying position, moxibustion to yin point, external inversion and other methods.
1. Knee-chest position: the most commonly used method to correct breech position. Pregnant women should empty the bladder before doing knee-chest position, wear loose clothes, head to one side, chest to the bed, thighs and calves to keep vertical, and continue the action for 15 minutes, twice a day, and review after a week to see whether the breech position is corrected.
The mechanism of correcting the fetal position is to use the gravity of the fetus to make the fetal buttocks out of the pelvis, the fetal head and the fetal back to form an arc, and the fetal head slides along the uterine fundus to the pelvis, so as to become a cephalic position.
2. Moxibustion to the yin points: moxibustion can be used to smoke to the yin points, once a day, 20 minutes each time, the moxibustion placed on the outside of the little finger of the pregnant woman’s foot at a distance of about one inch, do not be too close, so as not to cause burns.
3. External inversion: Pregnant women lying down, both lower limbs flexed and slightly abducted, exposing the abdominal wall, one hand will be the fetal head along the fetal abdomen, to keep the fetal head prone flexion, gently to the pelvic direction of the push, the other hand will be the fetal buttocks upward push, and push the fetal head with the action until the turn of the head to the head first dew. Because of its side effects, such as placental abruption, umbilical cord around the neck, etc., it is rarely used in clinical practice.
If it is found that the fetus is still in breech position at 30 weeks, it should go to the hospital in time and perform the method of correcting fetal position under the guidance of the doctor in the face-to-face consultation.
