Tissue grafts are sometimes needed in medical aesthetic surgery to repair tissue defects and and depressed deformities. This technology includes the following: new high-speed granular fat harvesting technology, fully enclosed autologous granular fat collection and purification system, integrated application of drugs to promote granular fat viability and anti-absorption, and large-dose layered micro fine injection transplantation technology. After adopting the new technology, the survival rate of granular fat after transplantation reaches more than 50%. Our research proves that Li Jiang’s fat from the outer thigh of the Burn and Plastic Surgery Department of Jinan Military Region General Hospital has the best quality. The main uses are: facial atrophy filling, face slimming and fattening, hemilateral facial atrophy treatment, filling of small depressions on the body surface, forehead augmentation, breast enlargement, buttock augmentation, etc., and hand and back augmentation. The advantages of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation are the most: (1) it is a better tissue graft, which can be used to lose weight and get a better filling effect.
