The reasons for breast touching a hard lump without pain are as follows: First, consider the symptoms of breast fibroadenoma, which is a relatively common benign tumor in women, accounting for up to three quarters of the cases, and is caused by the abnormal increase in sensitivity of fibroblasts to estrogen in the lobules. The main manifestation is a single tumor on the outer upper side of the breast, with no obvious conscious symptoms, slow growth of the mass, tough and elastic, smooth surface and good mobility. Intraductal papilloma, which mostly occurs near the nipple, is relatively small, usually without conscious symptoms, and may be accompanied by nipple overflow, and is also mainly treated by surgery. Breast cancer, because of its rapid growth, hard and painless lumps, unsmooth surface, poor demarcation with surrounding tissues and poor mobility, needs to be seen in hospital in time in either case.
