What is the efficacy of Cordyceps sinensis in water?

Chen Pi should be used with caution for those with internal solid heat, red tongue and little fluid.
Adverse effects of Cordyceps Sinensis and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae are not clear, the effective medicinal ingredients that can be analyzed by drinking water are less, so the medicinal efficacy is limited, and it is difficult to be used for treatment of diseases, and it is not recommended to blindly use Chinese herbs to drink water.
